The H series right-angle gearbox is a dedicated 90° power steering transmission component for pump systems. Its core function is to convert the horizontal shaft power of horizontal motors and diesel engines into vertical shaft output through right-angle meshing, directly driving vertical long-shaft pumps, deep-well pumps, and other equipment. It is a core supporting component for the compact layout of pump systems in fields such as water conservancy, petrochemicals, and mining.
In ordinary clean water pump scenarios, there is no need to opt for imported high-end models. The domestic H series right-angle gearbox offers the best cost-performance ratio, fully meeting the needs of conventional working conditions, with procurement costs only being one-third of those of imported products.
In chemical corrosion and low temperature scenarios, it is necessary to specify the medium temperature and corrosion characteristics in advance, and customize corresponding anti-corrosion and low temperature resistant sealing configurations. It is prohibited to directly use standard universal models.
· In high-power and heavy-duty scenarios, an independent forced lubrication system must be equipped, and relying on splash lubrication is prohibited. Otherwise, insufficient lubrication on the tooth surface may occur during high-speed operation, leading to early tooth fracture failure.

Key points for precise model selection: Select the corresponding model based on the rated power, speed, and axial thrust of the pump, ensuring that the input power of the gearbox does not exceed the rated value. Verify that the diameter of the pump drive shaft fully matches the bore diameter of the gearbox output coupling to avoid concentrated installation stress.
2. Installation accuracy control: For horizontal installation, the coaxiality error between the gearbox, prime mover, and water pump should be ≤0.1mm. For vertical installation, a dedicated oil guide groove should be provided to ensure that lubricating oil is evenly distributed to all meshing tooth surfaces, avoiding dry grinding caused by local lack of lubrication.
3. Operation and maintenance specifications: The lubricating oil must be replaced after the first 300 hours of operation, and the oil should be changed every 5000 hours or annually thereafter. H60 and higher high-power models must be equipped with an independent circulating water cooler to prevent seal failure caused by excessive oil temperature.
 4. Quick troubleshooting: In case of abnormal noise during operation, priority should be given to checking the gear mesh backlash. If the oil temperature rises rapidly, inspect the cooling system for blockages. If the output shaft play exceeds the limit, immediately shut down the machine to check the wear of the thrust bearing, to avoid major equipment damage.
